How we use your application data
Aleksandr Shalimov handles your application data. Your name, contact details, selected session and any message you provide are used to reply and arrange your first training session. If you arrive through a campaign link, its campaign tag is also saved.
The form uses Yandex SmartCaptcha to prevent spam. The CAPTCHA token and IP address are sent to the service for verification. A notification containing your application details is sent to Aleksandr through the Batumi Fencers Telegram bot.
If you do not become a club student, your application data is deleted from the working database after 90 days from submission. Telegram messages and backup copies remain with Aleksandr and are not automatically deleted with the application. This period does not apply to student records.
